Nathan Strauss

Nathan Strauss is the principal of innate c3, an AI-native corporate communications consultancy for technology and AI companies.

AI agents increasingly shape how buyers, customers, and candidates discover and evaluate companies, often forming shortlists from AI answers before anyone visits a website. Nathan helps go-to-market and communications teams understand what AI says about them and turn it into action, treating AI visibility as a growth and reputation issue.

The work uses bespoke agentic tools that query up to ten AI platforms to measure how a brand appears in AI outputs, and how that correlates with its earned and owned media. Every headline number is recounted from the raw responses before a client sees it.

Across nearly two decades, Nathan’s work has centered on how companies are understood by the press, buyers, and the public. At Amazon and AWS he led cross-company Responsible AI communications, covering hallucinations, bias, copyright, and IP. Earlier he was global head of corporate communications at Tiffany & Co. through its $16B acquisition by LVMH, and led reputation measurement at GE and IBM.

Nathan graduated cum laude from the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism & Communication with a concentration in public relations and a minor in business administration.

Nathan writes about AI and communications on LinkedIn and Substack.
